Freeport Island is a new world space set in the Legacy of Kain universe. It features a recreation of the map 'Freeport' from the PVP Legacy of Kain game Nosgoth along with various ruined forts, temples and crypts to explore which are all inspired by either Blood Omen, Soul Reaver or Nosgoth.
It has 13 quests, new followers, new armor, enemies from Nosgoth and Blood Omen, weapons from Soul Reaver 2, Blood Omen 2 and Soul Reaver and a few new spells.
There's also a recreation of Kain's mausoleum from Blood Omen which was originally part of a bigger mod I was working on but gave up with.

There is a boat at Lake Ilinalta that will take you to the island and back.

If you want to use similar weapons to Nosgoth you can use Ghosu's Project Flintlock mod which has a blunderbuss and a grenade launcher :

Things you should know before playing :

1) There's no navmesh in the sea - Legacy of Kain vampires are killed by water so I didn't want them running into the sea after the player.

2) There's nothing in the sea other than the four shipwrecks so don't bother swimming out to the edge of the world. There's nothing to find there.

3) I tried to recreate the Prophet's Life Steal spell from Nosgoth but it's just a blue version of the vampire drain spell from Skyrim and doesn't seem to kill the undead so it's not that great but it's the best I could do.

4) If your character has a beard it will poke through the Deceiver, Alchemist, Beastmaster and Prophet Elite Masks. A nose that is too long or a brow that is too far forward (by default the Dark Elf presets all seemed to be too far forward) will poke through them aswell.
None of the above masks work on Argonians or Khajiit, unfortunately.

5) The mod has flavour text on some objects. In the exterior world it's pretty much limited to symbols and banners but there are a few other things like severed vampire heads, the sea serpents bones in the shipwreck and the cage in the pool north of Freeport (none of the impaled corpses in the exterior world have flavour text).
In interior cells there are more things with flavour text such as - a lot of the dead bodies, bedrolls, the blue fire in some of the crypts and ruined forts, some tables in the vampire's clan territory, clan or faction symbols and murals.

KNOWN ISSUES :

1) The navmesh to the right of the entrance to the Zephonim clan territory doesn't work properly for some reason and NPCs will often run all the way round the fortress walls rather than across the front of the entrance. I don't know why, I've rebuilt it more than once and nothing has ever fixed it 100%.
