By drinking skooma, you will form an addiction on skooma. Once you are addicted to skooma, you will need to drink one bottle of skooma a day or else your speed will decrease daily. There is a quest which can be completed to cure your skooma addiction. There is an game guide which can be downloaded if you get stuck in the skooma cure quest or if you want to find reliable sources of skooma.
