   Would be awesome if this could also work with Shouts. Currently there's only a handful of useful Powers for a 2H Melee Warrior to use, and most of them are specific racial abilities. Berserker Rage (Orc Racial), Adrenaline Rush (Redguard Racial), Histskin (Argonian Racial), Dragonskin (Breton Racial, only useful vs casters), Secret of Strength (Black Book Power), Secret of Protection (Black Book Power), and Mora's Boon (Black Book Power).

   THANK YOU. This is a tremendous mod that fixes the major flaw that made me despise Rage and Ruin.

   Nice works. Is it possible to change the 4% chance to something like 20/30% % in SSEdit or Creation kit ?
