Does this mod fix the vanilla yellow eye bug when you cure her?

Vanilla does not have any bugs with serana. Mods modifying serana causes this bug. This mod fixes this bug.

No, this problem has been on the forums since 2013, even without mods

Tell us about it. I tried to treat Serana for the first time after seeing this mod, but I am having trouble getting back to the eye selected in the original mod as shown in the image, and the whites of the eyes have a yellowish tint. What modification mod do you think is the cause of this problem, as far as you are aware? Please reply!

After much testing, we found that the following mods were the cause.Seranaholic and Valerica - Hair Physics Patch (KS Hairdos - HDT SMP)

How can I do the opposite of this? I have Serana cured but I want to keep her red eyes. Believe it or not, there has not been a single mod that does it...

Here's hoping this works fine with Serana Re-Imagined. If it does, then it'll be a lot better than having to re-install Serana Re-Imagined to give her the Cured Option frotzee has.

Why didn't Bethesda just make a second actor for Serana?

I'm not entirely sure if it's the issue but just a warning for anyone that uses this, Lore Gameplay Tweaks, (possibly because it makes Serana the vampire race) and a replacer you may get invisible eyes.

This just uses the vanilla system, so if that mod breaks this, it'll break vanilla Skyrim as well

Hi, I would like to know if your mod works with this replacer for Serana https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/86936
I asked the author about compatibility with this mod and this is what they've replied:
To my understanding, Serana only has one head mesh that she uses. So, even if you cure her, she'll still use that same model. That's where this replacer comes in: I altered this mesh. I'll be honest, I haven't ever cured Serana in-game, so I'm not sure what that process is like. However, I do believe that if you were to install my replacer after you cure her, choose the "Blue Eyes" option and "Human" facetint file, and use the mod that you linked above, then everything should be fine and she'll look "cured". Yes, you might have to reinstall this mod twice, one of her as a vampire and one of her as a human, but I've checked other Serana replacers and they replace the same files I have.

This mod did nothing for me after installing it. Is there something I'm supposed to do...? I'm using WICO, have this loaded after even though there don't appear to be any conflicts.

I already have, does this need to be installed before I do?

Changing serana head parts midsave will mess up vanilla eye changing functionality. This mod simply reapplies the eye change if you did that.

I don't know what serana appearance mod you're using or what it changes. It's possible that mod never implemented a functional human eye for serana to change to.

That's possible. I ended up trying this one and it worked well enough. Thanks for the quick response though, I appreciate it.

That mod is just replacing serana's vampire eyes with human eyes. If you restart the game, she'll still have human eyes despite being a vampire.

Doesn't work with High Poly NPC Overhaul 2.0.

It works fine. All it does is update the eye textures via vanilla method again for people who installed serana mods after the cure.

If you're going to make the accusation, please provide proof.
