So this is basically the Elder Scrolls equivalent of Dark Souls' various pine resins.

Yeah, this stuff I think was a thing even back in Oblivion. Alchemy still can be busted in Skyrim, but for wrong reasons

is there a reason for the sigil stone? if you have conjuration 90, dealing elemental damage isnt really all that hard, presumably having fire, frost, and storm atronachs.

the reason for the sigil stone is that you are basically doing a dealing with the daemoras to exchange an elemental poison with a normal poison + salts. It is to try and keep a bit of role playing in to the game

look, I have conjuration, enchanting and destruction at 100, alchemy as well of course. Also, if you check my mods I go around with 6 ghost spiders (they have elemental attacks), + riekling & follower(s) with enchanted weapons. I have no problem at all doing elemental damages. Still, it is cool to be able to use an elemental poison against enemies immune to poison, or use a particular elemental poisons against those enemies with a particular weakness

Does the Damage also Stack with current Enchantments, like Shock Poison on a Shock Enchanted Weapon?

yeah, you can have a shock enchantment and a shock poison. Just you have only one use for the poison, 2 if you have the perk

I think so because they are totally different poisons. You cannot make on the Alchemic lab, and to craft them you use the normal vanilla poisons. Basically they are just the elemental equivalents
