I've just released version 1.2 of my replacement DLL for Compass Navigation Overhaul which fixes one of the main missing features in the previous version.
Installation: Installation has changed since the previous version, so read this carefully
Notice that it no longer requires a replacement DLL for Infinity UI. That's because I was able to find a copy of the latest API in a pull request Alexsylex had sent in to Parapets' Map Marker Framework, so my new replacement DLL is now compatible with the latest Infinity UI.
You must uninstall my replacement DLL for Infinity UI if you have it installed from the previous version. The game will crash before you get to the menu if you still have it installed.

For me, CNO is back in business with Skyrim SE 1.6.1630 Accordingly to other posts on the same Reddit, the fix also works with 1.6.1670 My setup has Dear Diary Dark Mode + Fixes + CNO Patch as well. For me, Dear Diary CNO patch works only if the 1st option is selected in the FOMOD. Otherwise, opening a save is a direct CTD.
The only issue i've met so far is fishing spots and some locations added by Attlas They do show on the map, but the icon does not show on the compass even if the location name does. Perhaps a load order issue, but too lazy to fix it. My game takes more than 50sec. to load since ENB 0.499 was deployed.

Infinity needs updating. Compass Navigation has been updated to SKSE, - Steam: 1.6.1130- GOG: 1.6.659, both of which are for the latest incarnation of Skyrim Anniversary Edition. Infinity causes a CTD when nothing but SKSE and Infinity are installed.
One, Compass Navigation Overhaul has not been updated, since June 2023. Two, the secondary requirement for Infinity is the Address Library for SKSE plugins . . . so, SKSE is required, as is an additional SKSE component.
Personal experience, using Skyrim 1.6.1130, SKSE 2.2.5, and Address Library version 9, Infinity UI loads fine (though not tested with anything but CNO for me), but CNO causes CTD when attempting to load a game.
Infinity UI might need an update, but CNO definitely does.
