I have AE 1.6.1170, the files description are: n°1 For Skyrim version 1.6.1130 and above only! n°2 Fomod installer. Supports Special Edition (1.5.97) and Anniversary Edition (1.6.629+)
Well, dear @LeanWolf... the guy's right. In the description, the newest (2024) files doesn't saying "AE", only "Skyrim". A newbie would even think this is for... Oldrim!
Hi, Like a great many others, I am unable to update from SKSE 2.1.5/SkyrimSE.exe 1.6.629 until such time as critical mods are updated. It appears that is not going to happen very soon. Please upload a previous version that works with SKSE 2.1.5/SkyrimSE.exe 1.6.629, or a variant of the current version that does. It would be greatly appreciated, not only be me, but for many others.

@shad0wshayd3 Thanks for answering
I assumed Console Commands Extender would introduce a conflict because it supports substring searches on forms by name and editor ID.
