You would probably have missing effects on some spells. If you don't have ENB Light and do have Requiem/AOS/ISC though, you'll be all set with just the patches from the Requiem Patch Central.
Fair point, what I meant is that certain records were only edited by AOS, some were only edited by ISC, and some were edited by both.
PS: Something on my (exponentially growing) to-do list is a proper ENB Light synthesis patcher, and there already is an AOS-ISC patcher, so this mod will hopefully become unnecessary anyways. (And be replaced by all my other requiem patches I need to get around to uploading.)
Hello! I apologize in advance for a comment that may sound dumb, but what does this do exactly? And why do I need it? I have all the mods and they seem to be working fine. Or am I missing something?
Hey, no worries! It won't be anything gamebreaking - as far as I can tell, Requiem doesn't make major modifications to these spell effects, so not using a patch wouldn't be gamebreaking.
Basically, ENB Light and the audio mods (both AOS and ISC) are editing the same records for things like spell projectiles, flames, etc. ENB Light tells it to use custom new fancy meshes with effects, and AOS/ISC tell them to use custom new sounds. Without a patch, whichever mod load lasts will be the only one to apply its changes - probably Requiem, which changes some variables like XP multipliers. (Sorry if you already know this - just wanted to elaborate.)
So TL;DR, without this patch, you'll be missing new particle effects and/or new sounds on your spells. (Assuming Requiem is near the bottom of your load order, which it always should be.)

is not entirely accurate
