About this mod
This small magic expansion adds 23 new spells (some of which may have repetitive effects), most of which use the vanilla existing meshes (which may look rough). And added 1 new potion, 1 trainer/merchant/follower and a new oufit.

In the Residence of the Pure Light Magician, you can see Elsa Greenleaves who sent this letter (actually a character made according to my own player character), she sells these 23 Pure Light Spells, Pure Light Magician's outfit and some potions, and at the same time 10 fixed types of alchemical materials are sold in large quantities. It contains a new potion: Memory Crading Potion. Drinking this potion earns one perk point (but it costs a lot). (Also, she's a fairly wealthy merchant, and can sell her anything but keys, not-for-sale, and stolen goods.)
At the same time, she is a skill trainer and can train Restoration, Alteration, Illusion, Conjuration, and Alchemy to level 100 (still follow the rule that each character level can only train 5 times in total).
Other than that, she can act as a follower. She doesn't normally attack (even if she has a weapon, she can't deal physical damage with it), but can use healing buffs and summon a Spriggan Healer. When she is a follower, if the last dragonborn uses the Pure Light Spell that teleports far, she will teleport too. After parting ways with her, she will teleport back to the Residence of the Pure Light Magician.
For this mod's added dialogue, her voice is made with xVASynth and may not be perfect.
The added spells may not be well balanced and therefore cannot be bought from merchants other than Elsa Greenleaves, nor will they appear in loot etc.
This mod uses an ESL file, does not occupy the number of ESPs, and does not overwrite any records in the vanilla ESM file of the game (every record in its ESL file is new), so it should be highly compatible. Apart from the game itself and DLCs, this mod has no other requirements.
Added Spell List:
Restoration
Healing Rain: Heals <100 points for all non-hositle regular characters and mobs in <250> feet around the caster.
Master
PureHearted Healing: Increases the maximum Health, Absorb Chance and Speed of non-hositle targets in a large range, continuously restores their Health, Magicka, and Stamina. Increase the maximum Health of yourself and restore it continuously.
Expert
Mark the Goal of The Liberation of Mercy: Mark target as the target of The Liberation of Mercy for <30> seconds.
The Liberation of Mercy: Pray for <16> seconds to liberate and purify the marked target's soul to freedom and happiness.
Alteration
Arcane Unlock: You can open locks up to your alteration level for <15> seconds. If the opened lock has the corresponding key, you can make a copy and get it.
Adept
Leap of Faith: Throws yourself high into the air and temporarily becomes immune to fall damage for <30> seconds. (An entertaining spell. If you want to experience flying without giants...if you want to be alive...)
Expert
Wind Walk: Speed Mult is increased by <80> for <30> seconds.
Lightning Transmute: Transform into lightning, which can paralyze some nearby hostile targets and increase speed mult by <50> for <6> seconds. There is no cooldown for using the "Whirlwind Sprint" for the duration.
Shell Protection: Centered on the caster, non-hositle targets that fail to resist in a large area will be protected in hard ashes, immobilized, and immune to all normal attacks for <12> seconds. (The Ash Shell spell has some wonderful uses, such as preventing Tofdir from being paralyzed by Ancano in the College of Winterhold quest. Maybe you could consider using Shell Protection to protect friendly targets before using large area damaging spells?)
Arcane Fetch: Use an alteration spell to take away or place an item on the target. (This spell can legally take way items from, or put items on, targets, including targets that cannot be pickpocketed, but wearing armor cannot be taken away with this spell. For some creatures, such as chickens, it may be very difficult to aim due to its small size. Also, this spell has a long range, but the magicka cost and price are high.)
Time Record: Record your current position, health, magicka, and stamina for <30> seconds. Using it again within the duration, you can return. If the recorded values are lower than before, they will be restored.
Master
Wind of Vvardenfell: Cast for 1.5 seconds. Targets that fails to resist in a large area will be sealed in hard ashes, immobilized, and immune to all normal attacks for <45> seconds. (If the enemy's level is high, the illusion spell is difficult to work. Or if you think the casting time of the Harmony spell is too long, you can consider using this spell to pass the dungeon without a fight.)
Winter Is Coming: Casting for <3> seconds. When casting, the speed mult of surrounding hositle targets is slowed down. After releasing, the hositle targets within <100> feet are frozen for <16> seconds.
Ether Transmute: Temporarily becomes invulnerable for <18> seconds. Attacking or interacting removes the status.
Guardian of Aetherius: Casting for <3> seconds, making the caster immune to physical damage for <18> seconds. (Although it requires a long casting time, this spell can be equipped with one hand. Also, it should be noted that a Forsworn Briarheart does not deal purely physical damage.)
Illusion
Probation: Casting for 8 seconds, remove the hostility of the target character, so that it will no longer actively attack you. If it is a unique character, it will make it ally with you. (Turning enemies into friends is often a good choice. This spell can be equipped on one hand and has a permanent effect. Also, if the target is in combat, this spell will immediately end the battle between the target and the caster, but the battle between the target and others generally does not end. For a certain Some characters can be made a follower after completing their quests, and if this spell is used, it should be possible to make them a follower without completing their quests.)
Conjuration
The Residence of the Pure Light Magician: Teleport to the Residence of the Pure Light Magician, and return to the original position when cast again. (If Elsa Greenleaves is a follower at this time, she will teleport with you.)
Apprentice
Arcane Storage: Open the dimensional box to store or take out items.
Set a Return Point: Set your current position as a return point, you can teleport to this position through the return spell, and you can set up to two return points at the same time.
Return: Cast for 3 seconds and return to a return point. (Placing one return point in Skyrim and the other in Sovngarde doesn't seem like a no-brainer. Using this spell may require care not to disrupt quests. If Elsa Greenleaves is a follower, she'll teleport with you.)
Adept
Summon Spriggan Healer: Summons a Spriggan Healer at the pointed position for <60> seconds. The first Spriggan Healer summoned does not occupy a summoning slot. (The Spriggan Healer has a healing aura, which can continuously restore the health of surrounding friendly targets. Usually, it does not attack, but it can use healing buffs. If it is attacked, its damage tolerance is very strong.)
Expert
Displacement: By teleporting quickly to the designated position, there may be slight deviations in some cases. (Short-distance teleportation spell (but actually has a fairly long range), can be instant cast. You can use this spell to reach some normally hard-to-reach places, such as rooftops.)
Attract Stars: When casting with one hand, teleport hositle characters within <200> feet radius to your side. When dual casting, teleport non-hostile characters within <200> feet radius to your side. (A semi-recreational spell. Combined with Displacement, it's possible to travel with a group of NPCs, guards, and poultry.)
Note:
If Elsa Greenleaves holds more than 32767 septims, she will not pay when selling items to her.
Known issue:
When Elsa Greenleaves is a follower, sometimes her sell list may be nearly empty, parting with her and going to the Residence of the Pure Light Magician to buy items may resolve the issue. If that doesn't work, try making her a follower and teleporting with her repeatedly to try to solve it.
