Less is actually slower, but it also increases the range for the bow.
Vanilla Zephyr (speed 1.0) actually has lesser range than vanilla Dwarven bow (speed 0.75). So I gave the weapon to grant player a perk that will increase weapon speed by 30%. This makes Zephyr shoots almost as quickly as its vanilla state, but with increased range.
i see. this game engine is a bit weird. BTW do other bows have a better ranegby default, or did you create this mod because you believe these 2 bows deserve to be above the rest?

My answer would be the former. 1.0 is only used by Long Bow, if we're not counting these two. This means almost every bow in this game has a better range than these two bows.
For Skyrim VR: It says the plugins dont change anything, it only says so but idk if I can test it in game. Im trying to find buffs to unique legendary bows since in VR most of the fun is archery tbh. It doesnt conflict with any other Auriel Bow mods it seems like.

Ah, and I see you had made one for old Skyrim too. It's a shame that good mods tend to get buried in the Nexus. If I had found yours, I don't think I would've made one myself. And I see that you too stumbled upon the fact that the speed increase isn't 1.3 but rather 4/3th.
Anyway, your dowload-tab seems to be empty/not be working.*EDIT: nvm, it's working. My chrome extension 'referer control' was making issues*
I just assume that most people don't really care about this issue, and this issue is quite easy to change. So most just don't bother with it. I'm glad you did not find my mod at first, because you would not go and make the changes for yourself. I say it because I see you approached the issue differently to suit your need, which is the purpose of modding.

Same thing with Auriel's Bow.
