This fix mainly works on Realistic Water Two.Water for ENB users could potentially benefit from this as well after it's update. WfENB updated it's lod so it should look better.
Let me know which ENB presets works with this fix so i can add it in description.

It really minimizes the seam. It's still there, but barely noticeable unless you really look. The fix from Naverron works well with Rudy ENB for Cathedral and Water for ENB Nordic choice.
I'm using Rudy, water for ENB, obsidian weathers. My water didn't look too bad, only if you flew way up and looked down directly at it you could see a seam. I was happy enough with it. But I had a world space I had made custom water for and it's seams were horrendous. Was worried using these settings would fix one and knock the other one out of kilter. But nope, both of them now look basically perfect.
Nicely done. This mod needs more attention. I thought it didn't work at first (using the dark version with Realistic water 2 with Cathedral weathers and Rudy...standard stuff). I realized the watercolor plugin was activated so I just toggled it off and now it works!
EDIT: It fixed my coastline and distant lods as it says it did but I spoke too soon when I noticed seams in solitude docks (I use enhanced solitude docks) also Riften Docks overhaul. I reverted back to the lighter version of your mod and RW2 Better Watercolor and transparency. The bright blues really mask everything out except for the solitude docks.
