Changed perk distribution destination filter to FormList. As a result, perk distribution destinations are more accurate than before, and compatibility with mods that add enemies has improved.
Fixed an issue where additionally placed enemies would sometimes not respawn.
The maximum level of high-ranked enemies has been increased.

We created a perk that strengthens destruction magic to increase the power of enemy destruction magic.
