    Has fire damage option and some really cool other stuff

    Campfire hurts in Oblivion Remastered. I guess Bethesda realized they made a mistake making it hurtless.

    - Is there no MCM, FOMOD, Optional file I can download for 1/2 or even 1/4th damage??

      Same. My crashlog shows FireHurts and along with Subtitles which never appear in the crash log before.

    CTD on 1.6.1179, but as someone quoted, the original Fire Hurts SSE works still fine.

    Can confirm Fires Hurt RE and Fire Hurts NG CTD on Skyrim AE 1.6.1170, even on new game. Removed the 2 mods and everything works fine.
    BTW I'm running Embers XD and Lux.

      Same, Im prepping for a playthrough so installing a few mods at a time and testing. Came accross a CTD and this was the culprit.

      Took me hours to find this one reply that solved all my problems. Thanks a lot! Crash logs kept pointing me in the direction of Fast HDT-SMP for some reason, and no actions with that one helped

      Also getting CTD on 1.6.1179
      Anyone come up with a solution?  I had this mod running no problem on an older version, and have grown to like it.
      It would be a shame for it to be removed from my load order, but with CTD, I don't really have a choice!

    this might need an update for 1.6.1130, the game will crash after creating a new game.

      this mod isn’t community shaders so it would be a lesser priority.  He might update, he might mot.

      Looking into it further.  In terms of the log TES::ForEachReference seems to be the most likely culprit and the last callstack before CTD.

      The TES class changed in the 1.6.1130 update, which this mod uses.

      A fix for the TES changes exists in po3's commonLIB fork.  It was suggested to port this mod into po3's fork.

      Where can I find out more and keep up with potential developments on that? I'm currently building my load order and would MUCH prefer this version as it used to work better than the SE version for me.
