   Was gonna do a Poison Mage playthrough and Blight sounds perfect for it!
   Question, (and possibly feedback to make the tooltip more clear) what does the explosion caused by Blight actually do? Does it just do a set amount of damage? Does it poison those around the target for even more DoT?

   Is there a chance of you releasing the Blight Perk for the restoration tree as a seperate esp? Exploding sounds like too much fun.
