    This is for the creations upload, sorry if this is wrong place. I downloaded the mod but can't seem to get the book for the spell. I try to by from morthsl mage and necromancy mage in winterold college but neither have the spell to buy. I'm 50th level conj. I do have apocalypse installed so maybe those spells are crowding out the su-mon spell in his sell inventory?

    Brother I know this mod is supoused to be about pokemon but it will be perfect for my next play as Suguro Geto from Jujutsu Kaisen hahahahah thanks bro for this amazing work

    Any chance of an increase? Or step by step to increase for personal use? To 10 or 15, got a ton of extra NPCs I could use these on 😂

      Oh yea sorry, I didn't explained it very well, I didn't ment in the description of your video in Youtube.

      I meant that you can link a video uploaded to nexus to a file uploaded so it gets automatically linked in the Videos tab of this page.

      • Go to your uploaded video in nexus, hit Manage>Edit Video info in the top right
      • Under the publishing options in the Featured mods look for Sumon.
      • Hit save
      Then Nexus sends me a confirmation in case I don't want it to appear in the page, once I confirm the video then it will appear under the Videos tab in the "User Videos" category. This way you get credited as a content creator and the video is featured in the mod page.

    If this is inspired by Pokemon - can they evolve? or do Mega Evolution? or Digievolve XD? But on a more serious note - an evolution system where you could grant your sumon abilities would be cool - at least the humanoid ones for now. How hard would it be to implement something like this?

      I feel like that'd be impossible to do considering this mod can capture both modded and vanilla monsters/npc. The closest the author could do is maybe a color tint and a minor resize/scaling in stats.

      Sorry if I didn't explain properly in my previous comment - I meant a boost in stats like evolution in Pokemon. Probably give them a new title like moving from Skeever to (Greater) Skeever. I have enough knowledge of modding to know trying to bring the Pokemon evolutions to Skyrim is outright impossible.

      I think it would be possible with a script that replace a spell with another spell whenever a condition is met, for instance if you catch an Argonian and train it to Level 58, the Spell to summon him will be removed and replaced by a Spell that summons a Dragon at level 58.

      Maybe the author could "inify" or SPIDfy the monsters evolution, like putting the monsters and their respective evolutions into .ini files with a certain prefix or inside a certain folder, so anyone can make compatibility patches easily, The ini would be like this Eg.:

      [Skeleton Evolution] 
      FirstEvolution=0x02d1de  //Skeleton 
      Second Evolution=FExxx8a7 //Skeleton Champion
      ThirdEvolution=FExxx89F //Bone Colossus
      iLevelToEvolve=25 // Level threshold
      HaltEvolutionItem=000d363b // Item that halts the evolution

      [AnotherRadomMonster]
      ...

      This would an ini that make Skeletons evolve every 25 Levels to a new creature, if you have a sigil stone in your inventory the evolution will halt when the creature reaches the threshold level making it not evolve anymore. Of course i know making this is difficult, and definitively will require SKSE to make it properly.

    Since I'm in the middle of an entirely different playthrough I can't download this mod just yet, but I LOVE the idea of it and I would like to try it on a different playthrough next time. That being said, I hope this mod continues to "evolve" into something bigger and better. For starters, if there's a way to increase the number of captured mons beyond just 6 then that would be sweet. Also, I think I read someone's post below about an idea of having the mon's stats gradually boost over time, I think that would be cool if possible, too.

    Excellent idea, really wanted something like this, is this still being worked on? Shame it's capped at 6, and shame more so that those 6 are forever bound to you so no more getting stronger and finding stronger NPCs later in the game to swap/change with. Would be great if the limit was increased substantially and or you could find a way to "dismiss" what you captured. Having an all round "tame any creature/npc" magic mod is awesome, as is the idea of levelling them up and giving them new abilities, spells and equipment but currently, it's a shame it's 6 and that's it and they can't be removed.

    Kind of makes me wish someone would update "tame the beasts of SSE" to include anything, and everything as it's unlimited.
