Did you ever wanted to play Skyrim like a Pokémon game?, no?, hugh that's unexpected. "Su-Mon: Capture and Train" let's you use as a companion any NPC in the game (up to 6 NPCs) in a "pokemonesque" way, you can catch any npc from the game, or mods and train him as your faithful companion.

You know once I just read that mod authors are a mix between drug addicts and mad scientists. I cannot agree more and hereby I present you my latest creation.





"Su-Mon: Capture and Train" let's you use as a companion any NPC in the game (up to 6 NPCs) in a "pokemonesque" way, you can catch any npc from the game or mods and train him as your faithful companion. And before you ask, YES, ANY NPC, dragons, demons, unique characters, Savos Aren, any that are not flagged in game as a ghost, not actual ghosts, but flagged as ghosts because those are impossible to hit with a spell, if you can hit it, you can get it!.

The mod contains 2 spells and 1 power, it is set as an ESL and even if the code is very complicated the mod itself is super lightweight both in scripts and in records, containing only 226 records.

THE SPELLS: 
To obtain the spells find the new book you see in the screenshots "Su-mon: understanding summoning" in any spell vendor having 50+ conjuration ability

Su-Mon: Binding: This is the power that let's you capture the target. Be aware that it might fail. You can adjust probabilities in the MCM menu and basically cheat. The capture chance is calculated based on the amount of health the current target has and his level. The higher the level and the healthier the mon the harder is to capture him.

SU-mon: Calling: This lets you call your mons to the battlefield, pretty easy to use.

Su-mon: Check Status (lesser power): this will simply let you check the status of a selected mon. You will see his life stamina and magicka as well as his level.


SOUL BINDING IS PERMANENT
That means you will have that mon for ever, mainly because it has a very complex code attached to it and release him is almost impossible. I've tried but the catch and train mechanic ends up buged so it's better this way.



The captured npcs behave like followers but have no follower dialogue and are completely separated from the normal follower quest, so it's compatible with having a follower overhaul, it's more like a power that let's you summon any previously captured NPC as if it were a normal summoned creature.
