This mod extends the Voice of the Sky power you receive when you read all of the emblems on your way up to High Hrothgar. The effect originally lasted only 1 day, but I changed it to 9,999 days now. Not sure if anyone could ever play that long to reach that many days, so I called this Permanent Voice of the Sky.
This is probably a cheat mod since the active effect Voice of the Sky makes animals not attack or flee from you and it's permanent now.
There is another mod called Voice of the Sky Extended and it changes the effect to last for seven days. If you would prefer that it's available for both SE and Oldrim.
Update to Optional Files
I added a version that allows you to cast the spell if you would prefer.
You can find it by typing the following line into the console:
help "voice of the sky" 4
You can use the above code to find the ID for the Spell Tome: Voice of the Sky.
The spell last for 6 hours and has no cost. Voice of the Sky is found under the restoration class.
