Thank you for pointing that out! I don't use parallax myself (my assortment of textures is too random), but it's possible they've changed something in their version of Cathedral.
So the main mod cathedral landscape got update with a fomod and added a esp and espfe for the main esp. I didn't switch to the espfe yet but idk if your mod might need a second file to work with the espfe? Heard that it can cause infinite loading screen for another mod using cathedral landscape as master.
