Tundra Homestead is compatible with this mod and presumably many others with the addition of this patch: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16978 simply move the ESP below any mod that changes the landscape and it'll work. Fortified Whiterun is indeed compatible with this mod, as it doesn't change the profile of Whiterun, simply improves the walls and makes it look fortified. Compatible with Dark's Whiterun Market as well.
Not compatible with Capital Whiterun Expanded, too much clipping in the areas closest to the original walls of Whiterun.
Saw some people were asking about them. The mod basically takes over the entire exterior east side of Whiterun, which is to be expected considering the name of the mod.
Though I did find some weirdness with the mod, a staircase that leads to nowhere land on the north side of the district, a few houses with missing doors. And also with Verdant, the amount of grass just poking through the walkways is a little annoying.
Fortified is probably compatible, i been running it with several different Whiterun overhaul mods on different play throughs without issue. Currently running it with Way of the North by Nesbit and Ryn's Whiterun expansion mod.
Looks like it might conflict with Whiterun Expansion Redone (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32195) though its hard to tell for sure from the screen shots. As with any big city expansion mod, it probably requires review in the CK and/or in-game to confirm if it needs compatibility patching or not.

Do you have SE or Anniversary Edition? I have AE and was wondering if this mod is compatible with Tundra Homestead.
I attach here some screenshots which show that there are conflicts between Capital Whiterun Expansion 1.5 normal version (SurWR.esp) and this mod (WhiterunExpanded.esp).

And I also experience some stuttering near those areas, perhaps due to conflicts??

Not sure if it has problems with the Tundra Homestead CC content, and someone else will have to download and test it.
EDIT: No problem that I can see on the exterior. Looks good.
