    TROUBLESHOOTING & F.A.Q

    Why are they naked?
    - This happens if you install on a pre-existing save, but can be easily fixed if you open console, click the NPC and write "Resetinventory".

The granny hat is still there! Disgusting!
    - Same issue as above, console > click NPC > "resetinventory"

They have the dark face bug and/or vanilla appearance.
    - It's not a bug; it's a load order issue. In this case, another mod you are using - and loads after my plugin - is editing the NPC in some way. Make sure my plugin is loading last, and then try again.

    Can you make this all-in-one?
    - I don't have any plans to merge the plugins at this point in time for various reasons, namely that it would create more work for me whenever I want to release a new cougar. But you can easily do so with an xEdit script. With the v.2.0 update this is extremely easy as there are guaranteed to be no record conflicts whatsoever.

Just to note, because of the name change of this and PC-Fralia mods, the PC - AI Overhaul Patches are now "missing masters".  Either user needs to use xEdit to change masters of the AIO patches, or the mod author of AIO Patches needs to update the patches.

      Yes patches will need updating.

I don't forsee another update for this mod or the Battleborn mod unless there's any problem, so any future patches will be safe.

However it might be advised to wait a few days to patch anything as there are more updates coming for the remaining Cougars and a new Cougar will be added to Nexus.

I've renamed the forms to reduce compatibility problems that can occur as well as make it easier for users to merge the esps. Same probably for translation mods. So regardless of the esp name change, updating patches is 100% necessary.

      I'll pin this comment :)

Anyone thinking of making a project cougar voice to replace the older voices?  Maybe a slightly raspier, dominant one, haha. :D

I think I like the original version better. She is smoking hot. Olfrid don't even treat her right. I always see her looking all bored in the marketplace.

Is there any mod out there that alter every elder man and woman?
Most of the mod makes them just like a twitch thot and it's break the immersion.
Mod like this one is perfect, they still old but much better

I don't think there are any comprehensive elder overhauls that get the balance between too sexy and too old lol. Maybe its something to do in the future for me ^^

Hello, does this mod remove body wrinkles? If so how I can add them back?

You will have to edit the mod.

To do it properly without You will need to find 1) a body normal map with wrinkles and 2) a head normal map that matches the body
Then you will need to use nifskope to path the head normal map you've chosen to the NPCs head
Then you will need to add the body normal map into creation kit (Under Armors, I think you will edit FemaleBody Naked or something like that.
Finally you will find the NPC under actors and in the first tab, you'll find "skin" underneath their race - add the armor you created

Theres some tutorials on youtube. It's slightly tricky to explain here.

Does this series of mods have any incompatibilities with Modest Elderly (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/7935)? I ask because Modest elderly is currently not working for me.

If you load Modest Elderly before this mod, it should function normally except for this NPC (or any other cougars). If you want Modest Elderly to work with the cougars, you'll need to patch it.

I have tried your solution to no effect.  I even tried using the "resetinventory" command, but I am still tormented by scantily clad grannies...

I'm sorry for that! Unfortunately it may need a small compatibility patch

Any ETA on that or are you even going to be the one to make it? I don't mean to push you but I am very impatient.

Not the answer I want to give but I will ne straight with you; if I make one at all, it won't be for a while since I have a lot of projects on the go at the moment and I'm already struggling to get things done because life :3

But the good news is that there are some pretty simple xEdit tutorials out there which will show you how to make basic compatibility patches. It can be daunting but I promise that you won't regret learning that stuff, absolute game changer for modding

this tutorial is probably the most straight forward, although it's using a ring as an example rather than NPCs, but the concept is the same

instead of finding the ring, you'll select my mod and find "non-player characters" and select the NPC.
Copy to Override from Modest Elders
then drag the faceparts and tints from the Cougar mod to the patch you created (copy over everything from the faceparts section to the end of the list APART from the outfit)
Everything else in the tutorial is the same process :)

I feel as if we may be miscommunicating. I am fine with the cougars having skimpy outfits, but the non-cougar elders also have skimpy outfits despite modest elderly being installed. The reason that is a problem should be quite obvious.

Then I guess you'd just remove the entry for Bergritte Battleborn in the Modest Elders mod? Much easier too

Well, it seems there's a problem with that. I can't find any NPC records in Modest Elderly...

After re-installing the mod and tweaking my load order, Modest Elderly has finally decided to work!

Are the Cougars from specific towns already included in your City npc overhauls (ie. Whiterun)? Do I just load the Cougars after? Love your mods

The ones in my other mods are just regular old grannies :) You can load these ones after to overwrite them no problem :)

Can you please fix Bergitte? She's got purple hair don't know why, all other Cougars are appropriately cougary.

I just tested this on a blank mod profile and she has her hair. I checked the files are there and the .nif paths are all correct. Can you confirm that the hair textures are in your textures folder?
