   Do I still need the official LOTD patch (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30980/?tab=description) or does your patch include it?

      Yes, you still need to install the latest official LOTD patch.
      The substitute patch files here resolve only the conflicts for the corresponding STEP2.2.0 esp files (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/31054).

      I've updated this patch mod to provide support with the STEP guide 2.2.0
