This is a Fix with an upper limit on the original MagickaPlus.
Gain magicka regen and spell power boost when raising magicka at level up. (From the original description)

The original MagickaPlus had no limit to its growth and became too strong depending on the environment.
To counteract this problem, the following limits were set and adjusted.

*** Effects for every +10 Magicka ***
Magicka recovery rate +5% (up to +100%)
Destruction magic +5% (up to +150%)
Restoration magic +1% (up to +30%)
Conjuration, Alteration, and Illusion +10% (up to +300%)
Resistance to magic +1% (up to +30%)
*** Magicka recovery speed by equipment type ***
Heavy armor +0%
Light armor +3%
Clothing +6%
None +10%
Changed to apply only to torso equipment
and
Change esp-FE
Debug messages that were displayed each time equipment was changed have been removed.

オリジナルのMagickaPlusは成長に際限がなく、環境次第で強くなりすぎるという問題がありました。
その対策として、以下のように上限を設けて調整したものです。
「+10マジカ毎に得られる効果」
・マジカ回復速度 +5%（上限+100%）
・破壊魔法効果 +5%（上限+150%）
・回復魔法効果 +1%（上限+30%）
・召喚・変性・幻惑 +10%（上限+300%）
・魔法耐性 +1%（上限+30%）
「装備の種類によるマジカ回復速度」
重装 +0%
軽装 +3%
服 +6%
無し +10%
胴体装備のみ適用に変更
esp-FE化
また、装備変更の度に表示されていたデバッグメッセージを削除しています
