Looks great, but I feel like they stand out a bit more now that they are using my rock textures. Any chance of an optional version that removes that change or maybe even better, having them support Better Dynamic Ash (I have no clue what's involved with making that happen)?
Uploaded a version with untouched shader data including texture paths. The pebbles now refer to RocksGrass01 for diffuse and a general highfrequency texture for normals as they do on vanilla meshes. The normal honestly looks kinda ass but only if you inspect it with your camera right at them so it's not too bad when running around and playing the game.
Picking the right texture is always difficult as many different retextures - DLC02 retextures especially - take very different approaches to their style. As such the usual MountainSlab02 is generally the not-best-not-worst one to go for as users' LO's are built around them. In the same vein, the RocksGrass may look funky on some users LO's and so on and so forth.
What comes to BDA and Shaders of Solstheim, I did just play around with the idea of applying some shaders over it but it didn't yield any notable results. Pictured here with and without ash shader, tho that was an excellent idea since those shaders would theoretically smooth them better into their environment.
Thank you, this is much needed! I was staring at those ugly things when working on my Solstheim landscapes mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/70684) and wanting to do something about them, so I'm glad someone did!

Thats a cool mod you've made, albeit a sad story behind its creation. Let me push that into my mistreated LO and find a good spot for it.
