You can find all of the used assets as standalone mods on the nexus. You can even use the cloaks without the main mod - even though that would not really fit in my opinion
There is a bug where the texture of Penitus Oculatus armor looks white. I tried not to overwrite the esp and texture, but the bug still remains. It's even sadder because it's the only flaw in your cool mod. :/
the ones at the start of the game (helgen) im not sure if there are more. i looked it up on xedit and they have no assigned default outfit in the game. maybe thats why it didnt work with the mod?
Hi, It is suppose for helmets to be invisible in my inventory? And the shields to have weird colors? I have downloaded both Witcher 2 Nilfgaardian Empire & Witcher Stormcloack Temeria Overhaul. It has anything to do with load order? I have put both almost at the bottom of the load order. Any hint/help please?
instead of making full replacers have you tried using sseedit/spid (spell perk item distributor) I don't think you would need premissions as you don't actually add the assets into anyones game they have to dl the original mod if you know how to do it (i don't quite yet) If you can figure it out its just script that distributes the armors to the groups you assign them to Love the Nilfgaurdian flags . you should set that up as a seperate mod along with redainian flags for the stormcloaks

Thanks à lot !
Could you please provide your mod list? Are you sure there are not mods changing the meshes and textures of the vanilla outfit?

I am still not sure what you mean with weird colours in the case of the shields
