The Witcher 3 Quest Complete Sound
The Witcher 3 Quest Start and Update Sound
This file has an esl flagged plugin. It is required because the sound descriptors for the three mentioned quest events point to the same audio file therefore replacing that file will affect all three quest events, the plugin is required to redirect only the quest complete sound descriptor to a different audio file.

Disclaimer:
I am a novice modder and this is a small project I made for practice. I only tested with a few quests centered around Riverwood and Whiterun so please report any issues you might encounter with this mod. And do give feedback regarding the volume. I adjusted the audio files in Audacity but there might be different results with different speakers.
