As far as I can tell Rkung-Zel doesn't clip with either Project AHO or Eastern Dwemer Towers. Aetherial palace hasn't been converted to SSE, so someone would have to do that first.
This mod doesn't add the dock it just alters the area to fix clipping issues. If someone want's to add an AHO dock to Rkung-Zel they would have to do that on their own.
I fixed it by moving the tower up further in order to allow the door to be accessible. I just added it to the dwemer ship AHO mod. I will use this though for the main mod as it is a different mod and I am lazy. Thanks for uploading.
I tried an older version that moved the tower up but assumed people would think it's too visually prominent in a small scale place like Solstheim. I can create an alternate version if I have time.
