@Roonya Hey! I have these installed already, you just install Mihail's mod, then this one overriding Mihail's, then install the meshes you just linked overriding both previous mods. If a mod contains just meshes you can usually just override, there are some exceptions like open faced helmets or if the meshes are important to a function of the mod or if the old textures don't fit a new mesh you want, but usually they are just replacers.
Thank you for the plants update! That has been needed for a loooooong time :)
Edit: Testing this, Frost Mirriam is very hard to see in my game. I think the mesh might need to be set higher? All that appears above ground are a few tiny green tufts.
Its true that the top left corner plant is better (although it too looks as if it is meant to sit higher on the terrain), but it definitely is not this specific flower. I did a test where I tweaked the SWAP.ini to change every single mountain flower in Skyrim to Frost Mirriam, and from strolling around a few locations (Whiterun, Ivarstead, Falkreath) very few of them are visible.
After some testing, I find that the sweet spot for me is a positional transform of z: +13. Maybe its an issue on my end. I use the non-BOS version of Cathedral Mountain Flowers, which I suppose might affect things.
That screenshot is z:+15, which is just a touch too high. But still much better :)
Anyway, here are my modified SWAP settings, in case you're interested:
Now it needs: -Wild bulls, Minotaurs, and wild cows, to provide steady amount of raw beef loot without having to buy only or attack somebody's. And milk too. -Wild chickens and cockatrice (not really lore friendly but a rogue summon or daedra can explain it), to provide steady amount of raw chicken loot without having to buy only or attack somebody's).

Thanks for sharing!
The original Pheasant Encounters esp is needed, too.
