Hello, is it possible to flip this scar so that it is on the other side of the face? Is it possible to do it myself? Because this would be the perfect scar for a character of mine if only it was on the other side
Im not 100% sure but imo uncompressed for option "0" (2k/1k-2k/512p) and "2" (Keloid) and thats all, click ok. Or compressed for both mentioned plus additionaly tick uncompressed for normal maps (to avoid artifacts as per description) - same res as the other two or lower res to save vram.
The vanilla texture replacer works without the esp and the risk of CTD's. Just install the mod, click show files, and delete the esp and the newly added scar textures that are marked with "NB".
Don't use this and save yourself some mental sanity. New game new load order. Installed this and started getting freezes (no CTD) randomly when encountering certain NPCs.
ouf, necroing. But yes, Delphine is the culprit, never trusted those Blades. A fix is to delete the scars from her face in the nif (facegeom directory) and from the esp/esl whatever.
Can attest to this, I spent a week trying to figure out why my game was freezing. I disabled just about every mod I had until I finally got to this one. I wasn't even using the scars on any characters and it caused freezes at random in different places.
Not this mod. Have used this forever without issue. There's a million and one reasons why you might be having problems but this mod aint it. If you're having problems with Delphine then you likely have a makeover mod for Delphine installed.
this post was 9 years ago, but not an Inn! just the Inn! the Sleeping Giant. And there you will found Delphine and she has a big scare in her face. So a problem with a Delphin mod and the Scar mod of course.
Game completely froze in Dragonsreach after the loading screen over and over. With the game in fullscreen I wasn't able to terminate the process via task manager, alt-f4, or even switch tabs via alt-tab. (With windowed, and borderless I was able to alt tab out and ctrl+alt+del the process.)
I removed this and Dragonsreach works like a charm. Can't say I know for sure maybe it is interfering with another mod that alters the NPC's appearances and could be patched to work, or moved around in the load order but that is beyond me.
