Isn't there literally an option in the MCM to turn Fortitude off though?

  SKSE/MCM don't work well in Skyrim Together. I made this mod for ST.

Thanks you for doing this, I always think this feature is unnecessary and have soft incompatibility with other mod that also have the same feature.
