I'm really glad others enjoy that mod as much as I did; just needed a port so bad! And seriously, I really miss Additemmenu; I use OddsAndEnds; not the same but is a good stopgap (with player.additem f 100000 to afford all the apparel I like to start with lol) and as close as I can get without having to resort to completely relying on the console, which is a pain in VR, as you know.
I had not seen Odds and Ends before - thanks for the tip! I've got a couple of massive leveled lists courtesy of Automated Leveled List Addition, but it's nice to be able to browse stuff (especially armor) without having to loot it.. You == awesome!
Hey guys, why do you both simply not use Simple Item Spawner? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/64653 It is basically the new AddItem and works well in VR. Just be careful with deactivated ESPs: The Mod will take the total number and if you click on ESP in the inventory to choose items from, it becomes another ESP. But there is a option in the MCM to state how many ESPs are deactivated. Works fine for me.
Ha, no, I did not know about Simple Mod Item Spawner; I am fairly new to modding VR, so that one managed to slip through the cracks; thanks for the recommendation, I will go check it out :)
Edit: Just tried it out; was exactly what I needed!
I tried Simple Item Spawner - I've got a ton of merges and quite frankly it just didn't work well for me. That being said, I didn't spend a ton of time on it - may revisit at some point. It's a great suggestion, thank you!
Will probably take a peek at AddItemMenu again too - a new .dll version was released recently (Additem Menu NG) that seems to play nice with VR, but it still spits up over the address library - the correct named address library file version is out there but it's a .csv, not the .bin that AddItemMenu is looking for. I suspect it's also missing the necessary address, so time permitting, I'll probably grab the tools and poke around at seeing if I can port it.

Edit: Also thanks to OP for the mod!
