Oddly I can not select these in VR like any other ingredient in the would. They become an unselectable physics object.

Not sure if its the mesh or something else.

That's weird - it was tested in VR (although not by me) so it should work.

Does selecting them in VR work without this mod installed?

I mean I can select it with prompt but can not actually pull it/hold it with HIGGS so I take it somethings to do with the physics(havok).

I actually need to check that in Vanilla, good question.

If I remember correctly, HIGGS is a VR mod that changes how you hold objects, right? It could be that my changes are incompatible with it. Although I don't know why they would be - the collision is set up in the same way as any other vanilla clutter object.

Which option are you using from the FOMOD installer? The icy ice wraith teeth patch has extra parts on the mesh where the fog texture scrolls over it. Those parts might be be obstructing selection of the actual teeth mesh I suppose.

If you can check whether or not the issue persists in vanilla VR Skyrim it would help narrow down the cause.

Strange, the vanilla object isn't Havok enabled and wont move. I can select it and take it with the prompt but unlike everything else in the game it can not be moved from its location.

Also If I use the prompt to pick it up then drop it, only then can I manipulate it (Havok enabled like).

Yes, the collision settings for the vanilla object were strange. It was a mix of static and clutter (havok enabled) settings. This mod should fix those issues.

Did you check which option you were using from the FOMOD?

I would also test to see if you can select the ice wraith teeth without HIGGS installed.

This is great! Is there any chance you'd talk to Hanaisse about a version that combines their animations and your high-poly, improved collisions?

Sure, I’ll reach out to see if I can make a patch. Thanks for the suggestion!

Just FYI I've now uploaded a patch for Icy Wraith Teeth.

I don't know if you intended it that way, but the way this mod's main image gets cropped in the file listing is terrifying.

    Either way, well played.

Haha no… that was not intended at all! It appeared different for me when I uploaded it. Maybe if I change the resolution or aspect ratio of the image it might work better? I’ll have to try it and see.

Edit: I just needed to change the aspect ratio. It should appear normally now. Thanks for pointing it out!  :)

Looks good now! I am a little sad to see it go, but at least I still have a screenshot for posterity. =P

This just affects the mesh of the ingredient, not the ice wraith creature or the "ice pile" it creates when it dies. I think the problem you're describing is due to the positioning of the ice wraith as it dies which causes it to form the ice pile in an inaccessible location.
