It isn't behind a paywall*. Click on the Patreon link in Requirements. Download links are about halfway down underneath LE & SE and above Comments. Can also be found on their Discord channel under Free Mods.
*: The most recent version is gated, but Dint follows the pretty common practice of giving Patrons early access before making their mods freely available. Version 0.6 is currently free to the public, and version 0.7 was released to Patrons just last week. (For the record, I'm not currently at Patron but am subscribed to their Discord.)
