Just a heads up, I tested the landscape parallax textures and the '_p' files are not actually altering the landscape appearance. The _p textures needed to be applied to the retexture .dds files as an alpha channel for the effect to actually appear.
I am using ENB to enable terrain parallax instead of the other method, so I can't confirm if this happens otherwise. If you want I can give you the edited versions. ;)
This does not currently include landscape parallax. this requires the texture be baked into the alpha channel of the diffuse and not a separate texture in most cases
It's bizarre, because some of the textures, specifically those named 'Textures/DLC01/landscape/soulcairndirt##_p.dds' are causing a scrolling effect on the landscape in the soul cairn. This is most noticeable when you find some static objects (like small rocks for example), and move a little bit near them, and notice that the terrain appears to be shifting underneath them while moving around. I'm still getting to grips with Complex Parallax, so maybe the scrolling is an error on my part, but it might be worth checking out. TerrainParallax and TerrainComplexParallax are both enabled in my ENB.

Also slight change of topic, I've spotted a handful of texture warping/distortion on the meshes with parallax. If you wish, I can list the meshes I spotted this happening on. I was told by the ENB dev that this happens when meshes don't have enough polygons on their edges.
