Thank you for all your kind words and support! don't forget to endorse the original mod too!

in case someone wants to ask question, please read this post before asking:

    Q: ESPFE?
A: Not possible due to a lot of records

Q: if there is an update, is it safe to update midgame?
    A: Yes, totally

Q: Do you need to run dyndolod again when updating?
A: Nah, i don't think so. this mod doesn't need any LOD to be generated. if you have different opinion from mine, feel free to update dyndolod

Q: can you add waves to lake ...(insert name)?
A: no, i'm sorry but lake doesn't have any waves

Q: Compatible with water mod ...(insert name)?
A: yes, compatible as long as it doesn't have its own wave like Real Water Two, in that case you should choose the non wave version

    Q: It doesn't look realistic, i don't like the waves in...(insert place)
A: As i said in description, i tried to make this as realistic as possible but you might find this not perfect. I'm sorry but i believe i can't make a mod that will satisfy all people preferences. I hope you're happy with my mod just as it is, but i'm still open for bug report like flying waves or anything like that.

    Q: any future updates?
A: i have a plan to add spray effect to the waves but still have technical issue about it

    Enjoy!!

@Citachi0 he means you should chose the non-wave version of Realistic Water 2. Like when you download and install that mod.

The waves go through row boats at some places, for example here at Dawnstar.

Is there a way to prevent this?

    This work is great ,

But, what if you made another version, with the same range, but using the original waves meshes :  402adc4 and 402adc5, that would be awesome

Even there is another mod that adds an excellent spray effect, think about it

I had a go at using this with RWT, and found a conflict on some of the animated statics. Even if we disable the RWT waves in RWT's MCM, loading GKB before RWT (as we should for lots of other reasons) will mean that these statics have RWT dimensions, which I imagine will (as a minimum) look rather odd. So I made a patch.  It has RWT's esp set as master, to help LOOT sort it after RWT, and forwards GKB wave records on these statics, while maintaining RWT sound. Hope this helps anyone else wanting to combine the two mods.

Sure! I haven't done extensive testing, because I'm in the middle of rebuilding my LO around AE 640, so there might be weird stuff I haven't seen. But off-hand it looks pretty good. This is from the jetty next to the Solitude Lighthouse, using Cathedral Weathers and The Vanilla ENB 2.

Thank you for this! Might be useful if you release it on the nexus so more people can find it.

Excelent mod, although there is a small problem with enb. Is there a patch to fix the waves border? Thank you very much for your work.

       waves
Hi kuroishitam, thank you for your answer. I have inserted the pic. There are some straight lines in the wave borders, which I think are related to enb (the alfa channel or something like that).

I noticed that this doesn't carry over some USSEP location edits. It only affects 4 records,  and if you want to do it yourself you can use the argument -ShowConflicts in xEdit to find them quickly. I can also give you my edited plugin if you prefer.

    Hi kuroishitam,
Is there a way to slow down the waves , I think the incoming waves are too fast. Outgoing waves look good. Thanks

Both are to fast. The incoming waves need to be a bit slower and get slower as it gets to the end of the arrival. The outgoing waves just need to be slower, as far as I can tell.

Came here looking for a way to slow the waves.  It would look much better at half the speed.  I'm guessing nobody found a fix?

Is it possible to prevent waves from breaking through the bottoms of boats and ships?

Maybe edit the boat/ship mesh nifs to raise them all up a bit higher?  That's what I'd try.  Maybe that'd cause other issues... like if there's like a ramp from the ship to a pier... would require edits in ck then.  But I think it would be OK for boats, right?
