Also going in the Understone Keep kitchen counts as trespassing, which is an issue when you have to deliver the meat to Voada or talk with Anton Virane in the Dark Brotherhood questline.
A request for consideration - it seems the top of the two side staircases in Jarl's Longhouses is off-limits, but sometimes the Court Wizard and/or Housecarl and/or Steward go there during their sandboxing. I would therefore suggest that the off-limits areas be reduced to just the bedroom areas (i.e. behind the doors) in the Longhouses' upstairs areas.
I’ve been away from Skyrim for a bit. I can adjust it for compatibility. I figured it wasn’t really a public space but there’s definitely leeway on that.
If you betray the Imperials and deliver the Jagged Crown to Ulfric instead it seems the off limit area in the war room is still in place for the rest of the game. I noticed this when you have to deliver the axe to Ulfric in Message for Whiterun.
Having some issues in the palace of the kings in windhelm. If I go into the side room on the left with the map and civil war stuff, nobody will talk to me and they all tell me I'm not supposed to be here.
