- You can now purchase the house using a buttom near the fertile soils at the side garden. It will take the ammount of gold needed and give you acess to the house; - You can change the kids bedroom for a follower bedroom using an invisible activator at the left side of the kids wardrobe; - Invite followers to live at the house (up to 3) - Invite your wife/husband to live at the house ~Probably~ Fixed dialogue with gulhild If not, use the buttom to purchase the house :)
What is the difference between Version 2 and 3? Does the home have an enchanting / alchemy table? If yes, does it use the standard model? (required for Ordinator to work) One of the best-looking houses in Skyrim!
Kinda annoying that Gulhild won't be giving the dialogue. It removes a lot of the immersion to "press a button". At this point, just put a purchase sign no? Also, kinda sad the map marker is "discovered" by default lol, why so?
Otherwise, great mod, great home, one of the rare unique-looking and lore-friendly player homes tbh! 8/10
Hi there! I love your player Homes, this one especially! Unfortunately the banners in der children’s room make constant noises (probably due to a sound mod I have installed) which is really annoying. I tried to delete them but the sound stayed even with the banners deleted :(. I also tried to mess around with my sound files but I wasn’t able to get rid of the the sound of the banners „moving in the wind“. Does anyone have an idea what I could do about that?
This home is simply fantastic. You chose a great spot for it. I never get tired of walking out the door and seeing that waterfall from the front porch :) and the tavern music inside is a nice touch. Gives it a more relaxed feel. Thank you for your hard work on this.
It would have been nice to know that buying this house was going to take ALL 30k+ of my gold. The first player home mod I actually like and it really robbed me XD Sorry I love this mod but had to uninstall because of that.
Love this home a lot! The details and care put into it are top notch. My only suggestion is to make the NPC dialogue option to invite them to live there once you buy the house where it can be disabled. Many players use follower frameworks, MHIYH, or mods like BBLS to manage their follower housing arrangements, and for them the new dialogue option is unnecessary, but it takes up space near the top of the dialogue with every NPC interaction thereafter.
It seems that if you do not add the house ESP on the most lower load order and have Enhanced landscapes the house will be under snow and mountain,
if you move the esp at the most last in load order the house will be accessible and almost all of it normal but the small farm will be still under the mountain ...
A Patch to Enhanced landscapes would be very good if you or anyone can do it !
Enhanced landscapes has stopped me from using several of this author's mods, and unfortunately despite my comments there seems to be no interest in fixing or patching it. I would do it myself if I new how.
Is there anywhere that shows what each dialog function does (after you choose "About Moonlight Cottage..." when talking), or would you be able to explain that here? I'm in particularly interested in what "I have something for you.." should do, and also how to dismiss NPC/follower from the cottage (or do I need to rehome them and this will make them detach from the Moonlight Cottage scripting).
