File one does it all well. I would not use other mods for these changes. Note: this must be installed AFTER the into in Helgen. This is super simple with only 2 records. Endorsed. This info should be stickied to help others understand.
It isn't that vague at all. It's clear what this mod does. It removes the stupid spinning around animation that npc's do when they die and adds some weight to their ragdolls.
note, to fix this open this mod with xedit, go to FormID 00106AE7, IdleExecutionerAlduinReactionDeath and delete it. this animation plays only once during the player's execution, for the executioner npc, and the player waits for it to end to get up, but since it breaks because of the ragdoll (which you'll never see since it happens off screen), you'll be stuck on the chopping block forever. deleting it makes the scene go on as normal, without any need to add or remove the mod. or use https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/53694, it's the same mod as this one but newer and has the bugs fixed.
Does anyone know if the warning to install this after the opening scene applies to VR too? (since VR is normally in first-person, though I don't recall what happens in that first scene)
The reason for the install after the intro scene, is because otherwise your character will bug out after being taken to the executioner's block directly after character creation.
Nice mod but there are a few bugs for example in the beginin when alduin shout you never get up. And when you walk near of a corpes a few times the bodies go far away like with the fus ro dah effect. But I love to much the fact of be on the corpes and the idea of move the bodies, nice job dude if you can I hope you can fix thoses bugs.
Warning! Don't install this until after the opening scene where Alduin knocks you over with a shout. I suggest you use Alternate Start anyway - it works perfectly with this mod.

collisions are a bit over the board, as I am constantly throwing dead bodies all over the place by accidentally steeping into them while clearing dungeon or location.
