9/29/23 Update: Nearly all the old lines have been remastered and redone to better fit the style of the new lines! *As a reminder though, please don't use this mod for training AI. Kerstyn has a clear statement against her voice being used for AI so out of respect for her, don't do it.
Thanks for checking the mod out! I have updates planned for the future so stay tuned! If you have any suggestions, feedback, etc., feel free to post them here. Once again, I can't thank Kerstyn enough for her work on this mod. If you like her work, you can check her website out here!
Only just found out about this, with the Serana Dialogue Add-On and the other naughty add on for it SL and Valercia Lust for a Mother, Now my female is a right waifu :). only trouble is I was a male when I grabbed this, thought it was a follower till I read the description lol. Imagine my male character with this voice, trust me I have. the Voice work is spot on, no faults my end, this deserves more thumbs up, got mine and kudos. But yes my female calls everyone Serana, but I'm not to judge by who goes by what name, everyone can be called Serana for all I care.. I just love the voice actresses voice.
Yeah there's no way to make the mod check (the PC Headtracking Voice mod) if you actually have Serana or not and the certain actions you're character is doing. That's why I have the disclaimer about it in the fomod installer and stuff. I just made those voice pack optional files with the idea that the player has the follower with them at all times.
Well regardless of the small name call, that it not your fault but is built into the base game (coded). Still, it is an awesome mod and it brings life to my normal mute female character :)
Awesome mod! One problem for me though, my character keeps calling followers as Serana, even though they are not. Is there any way I can change this? Thanks!
You're only supposed to select the follower option if you have that specific follower with you all the time as there's no way to make the PC Headtracking mod check for followers specifically. Otherwise you should select the option off in the fomod when you install the mod.
Check the MCM for the headtracking/voice mod and the sliders for the comments should be turned up to 100 for full coverage. Also if you have the mod that adds open mouth animations to attacks it may cause issues with the attack voice lines not playing so you may have to disable it if you have it.
I have a similar issue, all the voices work nicely but only combat sounds (attack, power attack) don't work. Do you know the mod names that add open-mouth animations? I have no clues about those mods.
No, this mod only provides voice files for the stuff covered by PC Headtracking and Voice Type. You can scroll down in the mod description to see what events I cover and play around with it for yourself ingame. Dragonborn Voiceover is what you're looking for. That uses AI voicing though and Kerstyn is against it so obviously I don't use it as this is all real recordings done with her and I.
Love this mod! It adds so much to my game! Would there be a way to have one of the the songs play when you choose to 'preform' using Ordinator skill perk preform? That would be super cool.
I don't think there's a way to do that with my modding knowledge unfortunately. This mod wouldn't even exist if the PC headtracking and voice mod didn't exist in the first place lol.
You can manually edit the wav files and lower them. Just make sure you keep the name of the files the same and that you overwrite the existing files you want to replace in their respective folders. I can talk to Kerstyn about redoing some of the effort sounds as they do need updating to better match the newer lines for sure.

Edit: I confirm that (Open Your Mouth mod) is the cause of this bug, disabling it solves the problem. thanks again

I can manually lower them 1 by 1-- are all the folders unique?
Edit: The "Custom voice" sound option is just very low in the menu. F yeah!
The grunts are still way too loud comparative to the softness of other elements, so Might still manually lower them.
