I'm excited to see this. Winterhold Ruins was long a mainstay in my load order but it had to be pulled as the LO got more complicated. This should be just about perfect for what I am looking to see in Winterhold. Thank you!
I would really like to download 'JK's Skyrim - COTN Patch', but I don't have JK's Winterhold (currently there is a separate version available only for LE), but all JK's Skyrim I do not need. Do you happen to know where I can get JK's Winterhold separately?
If it does not exist on Nexus, I don't think it has been ported to SSE. But what you could do is to download JK's Skyrim and clear out all worldspace edits outside of Winterhold in xEdit (provided that you are at least somewhat familiar with it. I am not going to do it for you). In that way the patches here should be compatible with the mod, too. Be careful with persistent references though!
I should never say never I suppose. I just added a COTN - Winterhold patch for the JK's Skyrim patch. You would still need both (only patching COTN Winterhold would need a lot of more work), but perhaps this could be of interest? But I assume I am way too late now...
