Thing is I did do it, but I rolled back my esp when I couldn’t make the lip files. Must’ve forgot I did that. Tried a ton of stuff. Creation kit doesn’t tell you why stuff doesn’t work. Will fix in 2.1.
Since Crime Overhaul includes a feature similar to No Crime Teleport, may i ask for a version or something for Crime Overhaul + Crime Overhaul Fixes (the last one is important in this combo because it edits one of the records)?
I don't play with Crime Overhaul or Crime Overhaul Fixes ~ honestly I barely play at all. Trapped in the loop of making mods, downloading mods, patching mods, break game, repeat. The patch that was made just needs to be loaded after Crime Overhaul Fixes.
I share the loop you mentioned, though I'm attempting to break free of it by trying to have the mods I use be as simple as possible (imo COF is not simple, but I thought that if you had good arguments as to why I should use it I could be persuaded to upgrade to COF from No Crime Teleport ;)

EDIT: Added in v2.0. Took me a bit to figure out that lip files only generate on very specific file type :c
