Just some personal tweaks made to/made for NordWarUA's Heavy Nordic Armor.

Why?
The Armor has not been met with love since its initial release :'(
Especially the fact that you cannot encounter it anywhere is annoying.
What does it do?
It contain two packages:
1. Heavy Nordic Armor Distribution
The name might be a bit misleading, as you won't find the Armor in any leveled lists.
However, it will now be worn by Gormlaith Golden-Hilt and Olaf One-Eye.
Additionally, during the Stormcloak siege of Whiterun, Jarl Balgruuf will wear it as his battle-outfit.
2. Heavy Nordic Crafting Tweak
By default, you can craft this Armor once you have the Steel Smithing perk.
This makes little sense, considering its stats are equivalent to Steel Plate.
As such, and to bring it in line with the previous tweak, you will now need to:
Have the Advanced Armors perk.
Have completed Dragonslayer (MQ305).
Of course, both of these can be individually toggled off via GlobalVars (better yet, MCM).
If you disable both of these requirements, you will still need the original requirement (Steel Smithing).
