Icicle is an older Nord Woman who has been around. She has learned the skills of summoning and the way of the two-handed axe. Icicle spent many years living in the Mountains of Skyrim battling beast and bandits honing her skill. Due to her closeness of working with Frost Atronachs for so many years she has picked up a side effect of the Chill.

Icicle can be found in The Frozen Hearth wearing miners' clothes
