When speaking to him he only gives me dialogue like Yes? Need something? Hmm? and using the Fast Food Of Skyrim Bundle Mod. So there's no option to purchase food from him :(
Edit : After fast traveling out of solitude and back in solitude again the option to purchase stuff from him finally appeared.
Did that happen in the morning? I made him walk to his cart an hour early, just to be sure. So pre 8am you only get those generic lines. Sometimes a little after 8 too, the change doesn't seem to be instant. Leaving the cell and coming back should definitely fix it, but usually it's enough to just give him a moment.
you high on skooma? I installed it and the seasons work fine for me, the sounds work too....stockades and sidequests are working too......this is the ustil AIO SOS FOMOD
