HI, I've been using this mod KnockBackForce (and your mod) which basically does what your mod does, but to a larger variety of creatures. Im using your mod because I like the variable degrees and no stagger to giants and dragons. If I wanted your edits to override, like the physics of hits, would I have to edit out the other mod's values when using yours? The reason Im asking this is because I have the other mod loaded, and then your mod to override, but I think Im getting compounded effects. Im not sure if this is intended, and it could be entirely to the mod conflct, but my giants will stomp people out of existence. Also my giants are still getting staggered despite having this mod on. Is it because I would need to patch the two to work together? Thank you for the update to this wonderful mod and thanks for your time boss
I'm really not here to tailor this mod to the infinite possibilities of what others run with. I'd be here forever.
This was made with me in mind, and i shared it with the community (As is the case with most content creators who arn't monetized). Honestly though what you requested is easily changed with SEEdit. Feel free to boot it up and edit the values - it really is very easy.
(In all fairness, there's very little to this mod in terms of changes anyway so most if not all it's variables can be easily changed to your liking)
Dude, what are u talking about, it's like 3 edits in creation kit. I would do it myself, but the whole purpose of the NexusMods site is to centralize modding and make it more comfortable for people. And you happened to be the first, who posted this "adjustment of adjustment". is it logical to post another one in a different place? xddddddd
Your entitlement is rather telling and it's attitudes like that which drive content creators to demand payment.
I dont provide a service or tailor make mods for individual needs. It's setting a precedent and opening a can of worms..I'll happily take criticisms or suggestions, but it's at my discretion to do it. I dont want to have two seperate mods to maintain with future changes, so i'm not doing what you suggested, sorry.
I made this mod to my tastes, as i clearly mentioned in the description. If you want to edit and upload a variant of this mod go right ahead. It's an easy change to make, as Ive said and you yourself have stated. Do it yourself. Easy right?
People upload mods voluntarily to share and create, it's a selfless, charitable act, with the main benefactors being those who download it and the website who hosts it and gains traffic. Creators are not in this to make it "comfortable" for people, you're providing an endless, on-going service at this point. Thats too much like hard work. Dont like it? dont download, nobody owes you a thing.
If i start making mods and edits to every request, people will grow to expect it and the associated upkeep with that. It's a (thankless) workload i've got no intention on undertaking, particularly as i'm not paid for the priviledge or time invested.
No mention of horses anywhere :) I simply expressed my view on why i wasn't going to make this version you demanded.
You (Rather rudely, to be honest) told me (not asked) to make a version without the HP edit, then proceeded to tell me how easy it was - all under the expectation of me doing it, while preaching about how i owe it to the community to make it "comfortable" for people. All the while you could've just done it yourself because of how easy it is to do.
As i said; your entitlement spoke volumes. Nobody owes you, or other mod users a thing.
I wasn't rude, I was chill. Someone needs to have a little chill too, my man. And that was more of an advice, do not instantly assume stuff about people, that is actually rude, lol. Do I really need to hold signs like "sarcasm" or "yo, I'm just chilling here" all the time? xdddd
Hi there! I love this mod. I added knockbacks to a bunch of races I figured ought to knock back but I like how you do it better with conditions. Is there a way I can add a condition where blocking prevents knockback? I'm not sure how to do that via SSEEdit.
I believe this would be possible yes. I'm fairly certain there is a "IsBlocking" condition you can set.
I cant quite remember the conditions i set in this mod now, but personally if i set blocking to block knockback it would have to be based upon the players/NPC's skill too - so knockback only occurs if their block skill is low enough.
I try to operate on a "for every pro there is a con" for balance reasons for any beneficial effect i add. It's just to stop exploit loopholes or at least discourage it. I'm currently doing this to a mod i'm making for Food items in game, which give a Stamina Regen rate loss for food items consumed.

Entitled hypocrite comes to mind. Dude. Sweet. Where's my block?
edit-
PM'ing me with insults then telling me to not be insulted is also a good way to get reported.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is why you do not tailor make mods to the few who rudely demand it. Can of worms.
