Learning to detect and avoid pattern tiling is an essential skill of the art :) It's best if you combat it at the formative, structural stage of your design but if not then use various overlay techniques to make it work.
It was a good attempt, but the pattern is too symmetrical. You have to make it more messy so that it is not clear where the texture ends and where it begins.
don't know with skyrim modding but in game making you can "streach" textures but i added " " because tis not really streaching its more like fitting it, another way is to "twist" the tiling, but once again im not sure if you can with skyrim modding, but well mods are mods and can do impressing stuff, your texture looks good but its repeeting, think that ether "streaching" or "twisiting" could fix that, something like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCRzOdo4b68&t=187s well you doo as want just a tip : )
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MAN, it looks really good, i just don't like the repeating, but looks better that what i have and when or well if you make a more "dirty" version of it, make it a saparate file, as some prefere cleaner looks :)

I got GIMP for making retextures and none knowledge. Learning by myself
EDIT: I tried few options but none of them seems to work, I'm sorry. If you like it enough you can still use it
still good one!
