WOW!! She is awesome! Have you figured out a solution to the black face issue? I'd love to see an AIO replacer once you are done your creations. You, Coldsun, Ashtoreth, Pandorable and a few others' are brilliant artists. I am so appreciative. Thank you!

I understand. There is something amiss with the combination of mods on your computer and I'm trying to gather information to see if I can figure it out without actually seeing your computer.
A key was to diagnose software related issues is to try something different to see what happens. Thus my Senya suggestion. She's different because she is very unlikely to appear is anyone else's mod. If she works, we look at B. If she doesn't work, we look at A.
Another different is to look at her in a few game. Another different is to summon a clone of an NPC in an existing game (that you probably shouldn't save). Let's say we want to summon Senya. The console commands would be
help senya (let's say it returns 12345678) player.placeatme 12345678
That should summon a clone of the NPC Senya (if you've installed her mod). You could check to see if her face is OK or not.
Do you have all of Senya's dependencies especially the high poly face? You shouldn't have to summon her. She's supposed to be in Whiterun.
Note: I'm trying to remember where I've seen a similar CTD. Doesn't appear to have been with Senya. Do you have armor replacers installed other than ChronoTrigger77's? Do you know how to run Bodyslide?
