Making into a follower will be hard given the custom voice but I'll get to it eventually... or if someone else wants to do that as well or help out. I might upload a vanilla voice alt in the mean time.

I am still unsure of the origins of it and how it came to be. It seems to be from a guy called Yayue but sadly cannot find anything by him or even himself on the internet. Just mentioning him. Anyway the mod linked replaces Paarth and Odaving (actually that's in a separate mod but whatever).
This one adds the moe cute animu versions as their own NPCs and potentially followers. I am posting here since I am disgusted at what happened to it. So it was taken by some Korean dude, posted on some Korean site, put into an ALZ file, and then it was password locked. You can read about it in the comments in the above link. I went through the effort of trying to liberate it with the goal of making it free and easy for those that wanted the cute followers since I always have this philosophy that its scummy to try to region lock or hide mods and content.
This is mostly a proof of concept of sorts as the mod is lack luster as is and here are the things I need to do:
1. High Hrothgar is in Japanese and needs to be translated back (as in when you go to the doors of High Hrothgar its a series of squares since the stuff is written in Japanese).
2. Paarthunax cannot be followed by she will teach you different abilities. Need to make her a follower.
3. Odaving just has the generic child female voice so she basically does nothing but there's mods out there that let this voice type be a follower.
I'll try to fix these issues but glad I could get it free. Though I often hear Nexus tends to be pissy on mods for random reasons so sorry if this mod vanishes for some reason but it should be fine. All credits go to Yayue and I wish I could find him as he also has a cute Alduin I wish I could see.
