Privet :) Thanks for sharing this, but im confused. Does wet and cold add or modify ash weathers? Its combability patch for wet and cold working together with rass, if you turn off some effects in one of the mods, so it isnt doubled?
Wet and Cold adds three new weathers, and changes Solstheim's region to let it use those three weathers. Wet and Cold has redundancy with RASS, so there are indeed double effects. You should use Wet and Cold - Gear to remove redundancy and let RASS handle the effects. This patch simply allows RASS to use Wet and Cold's added weathers. It should be noted that if you already have a weather mod that affects Solstheim (which is most, if not all), it will probably conflict with Wet and Cold's region change, in which case this patch (Wet and Cold - RASS patch) is not needed if you let that that weather mod take priority over Wet and Cold (by putting it lower in your load order).
question should really be: Why is RASS provided as a ESL, not an ESLified ESP.
FWIW: I've renamed RASS .esl --> .esp and edited this patch in HxD and changed the master dependency file extension "l" in it to a "p". Seems to not be causing any problems.

I'm playing Skyrim VR.
.esl file doesn't work in VR, so I had to use .esp of RASS.
Hmm, maybe I can edit it with SSEEdit. (Remove / Add Master)
