Could this possibly detach the camera from the body for the duration of the animation - as if your character moves forward away from you (or the camera backs up a few feet), does the animated action in front of you while you watch, and then you reattach?
It would be cool to have this work while crafting: SSE has the PC avatar doing smithing/enchanting etc animations on the associated equipment while you navigate the translucent crafting menu in the foreground: that would be a nice touch in VR too. Example https://youtu.be/QKrC6eodQms?t=202
I think that should be possible, but perfecting the first person immersion is my first goal. Once that is done I might add third person options. For the mean time you'll have to stick to the vrik mirror feature (which do not align with their world interactions) Thanks for the suggestion
