      Yes there is a landscape tear between the gate and the stables ... tried fixing myself but just made things worse lol

   this is actually quite good. The seller has some really immersive and funny comments.
   My horse died.  So i tried to ask him for another one. real funny answer.
   Try asking him to buy a second horse.....  Good replies. Navmesh is fine. 
   A horse was really missing in Solstheim especially when you are on an immersive playthrough

      Please go download the and endorse the OG mod Solstheim Stables I'm sure they'll appreciate it
